GariKino is an online automotive platform providing Car Rental Services, Car Parts Sales, and Vehicle Buying & Selling Services within Bangladesh. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GariKino, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
2. Services Provided
GariKino provides the following services:
2.1 Car Rental Services
• Customers must provide valid NID/Passport and Driving License.
• Rental charges, duration, security deposit, and fuel policy will be specified at the time of booking.
• The renter is fully responsible for:
o Any traffic violations
o Accidents caused due to negligence
o Damage during rental period
• Late return may result in additional charges.
2.2 Car Parts Sales
• All car parts are subject to availability.
• Product images are for reference only.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned in product details.
• GariKino reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
2.3 Car Buying & Selling
• Sellers must provide accurate and lawful information.
• GariKino does not guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided information.
• Buyers are advised to inspect vehicles physically before purchase.
• Ownership transfer must comply with Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) rules.
• GariKino is not responsible for disputes between buyer and seller.
3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in BDT.
• Prices may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
• Online Payment (Card/Mobile Banking/Payment Gateway)
• Advance payment may be required depending on order value.
• Rental services may require refundable security deposits.
4. Order Cancellation
GariKino reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to:
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Technical errors
Customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Refund timelines apply as per company policy.
5. Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 working days.
• Refund timing may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking system.
• Promotional bonuses or cashback (if any) will be adjusted during refund.
6. Delivery Policy (Car Parts)
• Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days (within Bangladesh).
• Delays may occur due to:
o Political unrest
o Natural disasters
o Government restrictions
o Force majeure events
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
7. User Accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information.
• GariKino may suspend accounts involved in:
o Fake orders
o Repeated COD rejection
o Fraudulent activity
o Abuse or misconduct
8. Fraud & Misuse Policy
GariKino will take legal action if:
• Fraudulent payments are made
• Customers intentionally place orders without accepting delivery
• Users attempt to return altered/damaged products dishonestly
Permanent account suspension may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
• GariKino shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• For rental services, renters are fully responsible for vehicle use during rental period.
• For marketplace transactions, GariKino acts only as a platform facilitator and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.
10. Taxes & Government Charges
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, ownership transfer fees, and government charges.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangladesh.
12. Changes to Terms
GariKino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GariKino একটি অনলাইন অটোমোটিভ প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যেখানে কার রেন্ট (গাড়ি ভাড়া), কার পার্টস বিক্রয় এবং গাড়ি কেনা-বেচা সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ বা সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোনো সেবা (সমষ্টিগতভাবে “প্ল্যাটফর্ম”) ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি এসব শর্তে সম্মত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করবেন না।
১. শর্ত গ্রহণ
GariKino ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে:
• আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর।
• আপনি আইনগতভাবে চুক্তিতে আবদ্ধ হওয়ার যোগ্য।
• আপনি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন ও বিধি মেনে চলবেন।
২. আমাদের সেবা
২.১ কার রেন্ট (গাড়ি ভাড়া)
• গাড়ি ভাড়া নিতে বৈধ NID/পাসপোর্ট এবং ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বাধ্যতামূলক।
• ভাড়ার মূল্য, সময়কাল, নিরাপত্তা জামানত এবং ফুয়েল নীতি বুকিংয়ের সময় উল্লেখ থাকবে।
• ভাড়াকৃত গাড়ির সময়কালে:
o যেকোনো ট্রাফিক আইন ভঙ্গ
o দুর্ঘটনা (অবহেলার কারণে)
o গাড়ির ক্ষতি
সম্পূর্ণভাবে ভাড়াগ্রহীতার দায়িত্ব।
• নির্ধারিত সময়ের পর গাড়ি ফেরত দিলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
২.২ কার পার্টস বিক্রয়
• সকল পণ্য স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে সরবরাহ করা হবে।
• পণ্যের ছবি শুধুমাত্র প্রদর্শনের জন্য।
• মূল্য পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
• প্রযোজ্য হলে ওয়ারেন্টি পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
• স্টক না থাকা বা মূল্যগত ত্রুটির কারণে GariKino অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।
২.৩ গাড়ি কেনা-বেচা
• বিক্রেতাকে সঠিক ও বৈধ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
• বিক্রেতার প্রদত্ত তথ্যের সঠিকতার জন্য GariKino দায়ী নয়।
• ক্রেতাদের গাড়ি কেনার আগে সরাসরি পরিদর্শনের পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
• মালিকানা হস্তান্তর অবশ্যই বাংলাদেশ সড়ক পরিবহন কর্তৃপক্ষ (BRTA)-এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
• ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার মধ্যে বিরোধের জন্য GariKino দায়ী থাকবে না।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট নীতি
• সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে প্রদর্শিত হবে।
• মূল্য পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
• মূল্যগত ভুলের ক্ষেত্রে GariKino অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
গ্রহণযোগ্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি:
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)
• অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (কার্ড/মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং/পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে)
• অর্ডারের পরিমাণ অনুযায়ী অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
• গাড়ি ভাড়ার ক্ষেত্রে ফেরতযোগ্য নিরাপত্তা জামানত নেওয়া হতে পারে।
৪. অর্ডার বাতিল নীতি
GariKino নিম্নলিখিত কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে:
• পণ্য স্টকে না থাকা
• মূল্যগত ত্রুটি
• প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা
• প্রতারণার সন্দেহ
গ্রাহক পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। রিফান্ড কোম্পানির নীতি অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে।
৫. রিফান্ড নীতি
• অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ৩–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াজাত করা হবে।
• পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে বা ব্যাংকিং জটিলতার কারণে সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।
• প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশব্যাক/বোনাস রিফান্ড থেকে সমন্বয় করা হবে।
৬. ডেলিভারি নীতি (কার পার্টস)
• সাধারণত ২–৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
• নিম্নলিখিত কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে:
o রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা
o প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ
o সরকারি নিষেধাজ্ঞা
o অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতি (Force Majeure)
• ডেলিভারি চার্জ চেকআউটের সময় প্রদর্শিত হবে।
৭. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য ও পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
• সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক।
• নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করা হতে পারে:
o ভুয়া অর্ডার
o বারবার COD অর্ডার রিসিভ না করা
o প্রতারণা
o অসদাচরণ
৮. প্রতারণা ও অপব্যবহার নীতি
নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে:
• জাল বা প্রতারণামূলক পেমেন্ট
• ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে অর্ডার করে ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ না করা
• পণ্য পরিবর্তন করে ফেরত দাবি করা
এক্ষেত্রে স্থায়ীভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।
৯. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
• GariKino কোনো পরোক্ষ বা পরিণতিজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
• গাড়ি ভাড়ার ক্ষেত্রে গাড়ির ব্যবহারজনিত সকল দায় ভাড়াগ্রহীতার।
• ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতার মধ্যে লেনদেনে GariKino শুধুমাত্র একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করে।
১০. কর ও সরকারি ফি
গাড়ি কেনা, বিক্রয় বা ভাড়ার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য সকল কর, রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি এবং সরকারি চার্জ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
১২. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
GariKino যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করতে পারে। সংশোধনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা নতুন শর্তে সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
