Welcome to GariKino
GariKino is an online automotive platform providing Car Rental Services, Car Parts Sales, and Vehicle Buying & Selling Services within Bangladesh. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GariKino, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Car Rental Services
• Customers must provide valid NID/Passport and Driving License.
• Rental charges, duration, security deposit, and fuel policy will be specified at the time of booking.
• The renter is fully responsible for traffic violations, accidents due to negligence, and damage during the rental period.
• Late return may result in additional charges.
2.2 Car Parts Sales
• All car parts are subject to availability.
• Product images are for reference only.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• GariKino reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
2.3 Car Buying & Selling
• Sellers must provide accurate and lawful information.
• GariKino does not guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided information.
• Ownership transfer must comply with BRTA rules.
• GariKino is not responsible for disputes between buyer and seller.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in BDT. We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors. Accepted methods: COD (where applicable) and Online Payment. Advance payments or security deposits may be required.
4. Order Cancellation
GariKino may cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud. Customers may cancel before dispatch.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 working days, subject to banking delays and adjustment of promotional bonuses.
6. Delivery Policy
Standard delivery: 2–5 working days. Delays may occur due to political unrest, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
7. User Accounts
Users must keep credentials confidential. Accounts may be suspended for fake orders, repeated COD rejections, or misconduct.
8. Fraud & Misuse
Legal action will be taken for fraudulent payments or intentional delivery rejections. Permanent suspension may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
GariKino is not liable for indirect losses. Renters and Marketplace users assume full responsibility for their respective transactions.
10. Taxes & Law
Customers are responsible for all taxes and government fees. Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

GariKino একটি অনলাইন অটোমোটিভ প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যেখানে কার রেন্ট (গাড়ি ভাড়া), কার পার্টস বিক্রয় এবং গাড়ি কেনা-বেচা সেবা প্রদান করা হয়। আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
১. শর্ত গ্রহণ
• আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।
• আপনি আইনগতভাবে চুক্তিতে আবদ্ধ হওয়ার যোগ্য।
• আপনি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন ও বিধি মেনে চলবেন।
২. আমাদের সেবা
২.১ কার রেন্ট (গাড়ি ভাড়া)
• বৈধ NID/পাসপোর্ট এবং ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বাধ্যতামূলক।
• দুর্ঘটনার দায়ভার (অবহেলার কারণে) সম্পূর্ণভাবে ভাড়াগ্রহীতার।
• নির্ধারিত সময়ের পর গাড়ি ফেরত দিলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
২.২ কার পার্টস বিক্রয়
• পণ্য স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে সরবরাহ করা হবে।
• স্টক না থাকা বা মূল্যগত ত্রুটির কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
সকল মূল্য টাকায় (BDT) প্রদর্শিত। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য। অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বা নিরাপত্তা জামানত প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
৪. রিফান্ড ও ডেলিভারি
• রিফান্ড ৩–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াজাত করা হয়।
• ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ২–৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।
